Our Sauna is equipped with Bluetooth Speakers so you can listen to your favourite playlist or podcast during your session.
What to Bring
Ensure you are properly hydrated prior to your session and we encourage you to bring water to drink during your sauna. Water is for sale if needed. We provide towels at no charge and Robes for $2(plus tax) if needed. We have showers in both change facilities.
The temperature inside the sauna shouldn’t be confused with your body temperature or the quality of your sauna session. Please do not fixate on the temperature the sauna reads. Infrared saunas heat the body, not the air.
