This training will ask you to embark on a journey of deep self connection.

You'll be going deep into the power of movement and understanding from an embodied place why yoga is such a powerful force.

Our training teaches experientially - so that you can FEEL and EXPERIENCE all that yoga is.

During our time together you'll learn how to listen to your body, be with your mind, and connect with your soul . . . And then you'll teach from that place. You'll learn how to teach from the inside out - experiencing different kinds of yoga so that you can explore who you want to be as a teacher; and what you can connect with most.

Lead by Ariana Novak with Special Guest Instructors

Ariana has dedicated her time and energy to teaching flow yoga for the past 7 years  She's been blessed by training with some of the best including Coby Cozlowski, Jovinna Chan, Megan Campbell, Todd Norian, and Shiva Rea. She felt specifically drawn to the Kripalu lineage where she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training. Since then, Ariana has assisted 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, partaken in a 1000 hour Yoga Therapy program, completed her Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra designation as well as her Advanced Flow Vinyasa training.  Ariana is also a certified Life Coach and completed the Karma Yoga Leadership program through Solouna Life Coaching school. She has shared her gifts through teaching yoga classes at community festivals, teaching live music yoga classes, private classes, Lulu Lemon classes, and company sponsored events. She is the Lead Yoga Instructor and partner at h+f.

Ariana encourages her students to bring it all onto the mat. She sees yoga as a way to deepen and cultivate a beautiful and powerful connection with self and the world. Her goal is for her students to step into the best versions of themselves. She invokes this through cultivating a state of flow that enables her students to find their equilibrium between challenge and ease.

There will also be guest instructors who specialize in particular areas woven into the training.


Introduction to Anatomy with Laurel Crane

Laurel is our anatomy master.

Her hunger for knowledge of our body's biomechanics, muscles, fascia, joints and tissue health began during her first anatomy heavy 200hr teacher training well over 5 years ago and hasn't let up. She immersed myself in several anatomy trainings with Yoga Tune Up®  and The Roll Model Method® , practicing corrective movements, self massage to create fascial change in our muscles and viscera to find optimal mobility with focused, functional movements. 

She’s fascinated by how our bodies are perfectly constructed and are fully designed for movement. However, along the way, navigating our own busy lives, we've come away from the innately human and functional movements we are capable of. This could be due to personal injury, pain, misuse, under use, overuse and abuse of our tissues. An inner fire ignites within her when she gets to guide others to a path of discovering their own body blind spots, increase muscle strength and joint mobility leading to an improved relationship with their body, so maybe they too can come alive!

  • An exploration of over 30 Asanas (postures); including the benefits, risks, proper alignment, modifications, and energetic properties

  • Learning Yoga Philosophy and how it's relevant to you in your life now

  • Extensive time exploring creative sequencing and creating flow

  • Introduction to Anatomy

  • Safe and effective hands on assists

  • Finding your own voice and authentic Inner Teacher

  • Experience and learn about various styles of yoga

  • Deepen your understanding of the power of the breath

  • Gain skills for centering yourself and your students

  • Built in self reflection and self healing

You're required to attend all sessions in full. For every hour missed you will need to schedule a private 1:1 session at a rate of $100. You cannot miss more than 8 hours of training.


Have a consistent yoga practice for 6 months or more


$4000 + tax (Early bird pricing - before January 30, 2020)

Includes tuition for $2,800 + $1,200 for 8 day retreat, manual, unlimited yoga membership at hustl + flow for length of training.

*$700 deposit (non-refundable) required upon registration, remaining balance due before the end of the training. Payment can be made in studio or via e-transfer.

Monthly payments can be arranged.

Additional expense: $50 yoga text (details will be included in welcome package) + yoga mat + 2 blocks + 1 strap
