CLASSES

  • CYCLING

    A 45 minute low impact, high intensity ride, set to the baddest beats and led by vibrant instructors. A full body workout/ party that will push your boundaries and make you feel ALIVE. Beats Loud, Lights Low.

  • YOGA & PILATES

    Discover the magic of movement, breath and presence in our Yoga and Pilates-inspired classes. Explore your depths, nourish your mind and body, release what no longer serves you, and uncover the love and peace at your core. More movement, more breath more life.

  • STRENGTH

    Full body HIIT-inspired practices that keep the heart pumping and body burning. Each class incorporates a variety of body weights, weighted strength, and plyometric movements. Come for the burn and leave feeling strong and empowered.

  • REFORMER

    A precision led, form focused and low impact practice designed to make your body move intelligently. You’ll train deep postural muscles through slow, controlled resistance - improving alignment, stability and building lasting strength. The Reformer is more than equipment - it's a mirror for how we move through life: with control, grace, and grounded strength.
