A Full body HIIT-inspired Strength practice that gets your heart pumping and body burning. Each class incorporates a variety of body weight, weighted strength, and plyometric movements in 3 focused blocks - Strength, Power, Endurance with 3 spicy sets in each block, all set to beats that keep you dialled in and energized. Come for the burn and leave feeling strong and empowered.
Anyone who wants to lift heavy and build strength without traditional gym culture. Beginners welcome — coaches provide modifications to make it accessible no matter where you're at on your fitness journey.

Open Gym

Book time in the open gym space equipped with a treadmill, benches, a squat rack and plates, a bar, dumbbells, TRX, a skipping rope, bands and kettlebells. No class, no instructor, no structure — just you and the space.
