02 / The Welcome

You don't need to be in peak shape. You don't need experience. You just need to show up.We mean it.

We know what it feels like to be the new person in the room.

So we do everything we can to make sure you don't feel that way for long.

We'll greet you at the front, help you get settled, and be there whenever you need us. No pressure to keep up. No expectation to be anything other than yourself.

Most people are surprised at how quickly it starts to feel like a home away from home.

Give it a couple of classes. We think you'll see what everyone keeps coming back for.

03 / Your First Visit

the important stuffRead me.

Most first-timers say the unknown is the scariest part. So here's the whole thing, step by step.

01On Arrival

Arrive 15 minutes early

We are located in the heart of Uptown Waterloo (William & King - closest intersection). 2 HR FREE Parking can be found in the public lot behind Starbucks (off King or Caroline St) (free after 5pm) or there is paid parking in the Parkade off Willis Way. When you arrive, come see us at the Front desk, we'll give you a run down of how things work and get you where you need to be. IMPORTANT: The lot can get busy during 9-5 hours so leave yourself enough time to find a spot and get to the studio. Class Doors close promptly on schedule and no late entry is permitted.

02Stash Your Stuff

The Space

We have lockers on-site for your belongings. Leave valuables and lock using key provided (bring key with you into class). We also encourage you to leave your Phone there too so you can give yourself an hour to disconnect and reconnect to YOU and your body. Showers in Men's and Women's Washrooms + Amenities from Public Goods. Towels available for $2 or included with our All-In Membership.

03Prepare for Success

Everything you Need

Once the doors open, make your way to your assigned spot (can be found on your booking confirmation, and we will remind you at the front desk at check-in). Props and equipment are set-up for you. Mats are provided (you are also welcome to bring your own). No outdoor running shoes are permitted in the studios. Clean indoor running shoes are required for Hustl Strength. Grip socks are required for Reformer. For our Ride classes you will grab your spin shoes at front desk when you check-in.

04In Class

setting the stage

Your instructor will introduce themselves, break down the class style and important info, and set the vibe. Please let them know prior to class begins if you have any injuries, pregnancy or limitations. Modifications are always offered. Nobody expects perfection, but they encourage effort and your version of exploring your edges. Please respect your community and refrain from speaking during class. Whooo Hoooos, clapping and cleansing tears are always acceptable and encouraged. Please note for safety reasons - the doors are closed as of start time and if you need to leave the room during class there is no re-entry.

05the Happy ending

After Class

Hydrate, stretch, say hi to someone. Connect with your instructor or anyone on our team if we can provide any support and/or answer any questions to ensure you feel good walking out those doors and coming back again. Soak in the way it feels to do something good for yourself and carry that gratitude and presence out into the world.

06 / Common Questions

Things we hearA LOT

No. Come as you are. Every class offers modifications. You'll build all of those things over time — that's why we are here. Most of our regulars started out with minimal organized/group fitness experience.

That is completely understandable. You have to start somewhere. Most people try something new here every month. Instructors cue from the ground up — they assume nothing. If a class isn't beginner-friendly, we say so on the schedule.

If you have been cleared for movement by a professional we ask that you flag any injuries or limitations with your instructor before class. They'll offer alternatives for anything that doesn't feel right. We'd rather know than not. Same thing goes for pregnancy. Please let us know before class begins.

Yes and we encourage you to take what serves you. Skip what doesn't. Your instructor will offer scaled-up and scaled-down versions of most things — pick the one that meets you where you are today.

For safety reasons and for the experience of the collective community we do not permit entrance into our classes once they have started and doors are closed. Please note you will be charged a no show fee or lose your credit if you arrive after class has started. Always give yourself plenty of time to get here.

For you to get the most out of your experience and to ensure we minimize disruptions in class we ask for you to stay through cool down. We get that things come up and if you are not feeling well and need to leave the class please exit quietly and see someone on our team so we can assist you if needed. For safety reasons there is no re-entry permitted once you leave the room.

We do offer Student Rates at our Waterloo location. We have a 1 Month Unlimited package or a 10 Class package (applies to regular scheduled classes excluding reformer) for $185+tax.
