Flow
Ever-expanding, continuously fluid, soul-soothing yoga. For 45 minutes, let your body take over and move with freedom and expression as you go inward. This class is for everyday magic.
Slow Flow
Slow-moving, mindful flow. Release tension and unwind. Leave it at the door and just be. Leave feeling stretched, restored, and blissed out. The perfect complement to your higher-intensity practices.
Mobility Flow
45 minutes of mobility work targeting the entire body — stretching, releasing tension, improving range of motion. Experience how good your body is designed to feel.
