Welcome to Hustl & Flow Inc. ("Hustl & Flow," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile services, online booking platform, memberships, classes, facilities, and any products or services offered by Hustl & Flow Inc.

By accessing our website, booking a class, purchasing a membership, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase memberships or services unless you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using our services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Studio Services

Hustl & Flow offers boutique fitness experiences including, but not limited to:

  • Reformer Pilates

  • Mat Pilates

  • Cycling

  • Strength Training

  • Infrared Sauna

  • Workshops

  • Special Events

  • Retail Merchandise

Services, schedules, instructors, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

3. Booking Classes

Reservations are made through our online booking platform.

Space in classes is limited and is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

4. Memberships & Class Packages

Memberships and class packages are subject to the pricing, policies, and conditions presented at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Memberships are non-transferable.

  • Class packages are non-transferable.

  • Memberships may not be shared.

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Certain memberships may automatically renew until cancelled according to their specific terms.

5. Payments

All fees are charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

By providing payment information, you authorize Hustl & Flow to process payments for memberships, class packages, retail purchases, late cancellation fees, no-show fees, and any other authorized charges.

If a payment is declined, your access to services may be suspended until payment has been received.

6. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fair access to classes for all members.

Late cancellations and no-shows may result in:

  • Loss of a class credit

  • A late cancellation fee

  • A no-show fee

Current cancellation windows and applicable fees are outlined in our booking platform and may be updated from time to time.

7. Membership Changes

Membership freezes, cancellations, upgrades, or downgrades are subject to the specific membership agreement associated with your purchase.

Notice periods may apply.

Requests must be submitted according to our membership policies.

8. Health & Safety

By participating in any Hustl & Flow class or service, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks.

You agree that:

  • You are participating voluntarily.

  • You are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition.

  • You will stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, illness, or discomfort.

  • You will inform instructors of injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, or physical limitations that may affect your participation.

If you have any medical concerns, consult your healthcare provider before participating.

9. Assumption of Risk

Participation in fitness activities, including Pilates, cycling, strength training, sauna use, stretching, and mobility exercises, carries inherent risks including but not limited to:

  • Muscle strains

  • Sprains

  • Falls

  • Equipment-related injuries

  • Dehydration

  • Heat-related illness

  • Serious injury

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

10. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hustl & Flow Inc., its owners, directors, employees, contractors, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense arising from:

  • Participation in classes

  • Use of studio facilities

  • Sauna use

  • Equipment use

  • Website use

  • Property loss or theft

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Personal Property

You are responsible for your personal belongings.

Hustl & Flow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

12. Studio Conduct

To create a welcoming environment for everyone, you agree to:

  • Treat staff and fellow members with respect.

  • Follow instructor guidance.

  • Arrive on time for classes.

  • Use equipment safely.

  • Maintain appropriate hygiene.

  • Respect studio policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for behaviour that is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or inconsistent with our community standards.

13. Infrared Sauna

If you use our infrared sauna:

  • You confirm you are medically able to do so.

  • You understand the risks associated with heat exposure.

  • You will follow all posted safety instructions.

  • You agree to discontinue use if you feel unwell.

Individuals who are pregnant or who have medical conditions should consult a healthcare provider before using the sauna.

14. Retail Purchases

Retail merchandise may be subject to separate return or exchange policies.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be final sale.

15. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information only.

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with website operation.

  • Attempt unauthorized access.

  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission.

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Studio names

  • Graphics

is owned by Hustl & Flow Inc. or used under licence and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced without prior written permission.

17. Photography & Video

From time to time, photography or video may be taken in our studios for promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in marketing materials, please notify a member of our team before your class.

18. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

19. Third-Party Services

Our website may link to third-party websites or booking platforms.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services provided by third parties.

20. Changes to Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any class, instructor, membership, location, or service at any time.

We are not liable for changes made in the ordinary operation of our business.
