01 / Reformer Essence

Reformer Essence

Our Reformer Essence classes are centred around a contemporary Pilates repertoire, with a focus on seamless transitions, progressions and modifications to leave you feeling connected with your body on a deeper level. Expect an emphasis on functional movement, form, and flow and experience the benefits of improved strength, stability, posture, mobility and balance. This feel good class is the perfect place to grow and develop your Reformer practice. We will introduce you to the equipment, basic movements and core principles of Reformer Pilates as we move through a full-body workout that helps you build that mind-body connection and feel more control over your body while being empowered, challenged and supported. This class is focused on fundamental Pilates principles, functional movement and refining your technique and is taught at a slower pace to help you build a solid foundation and confidence to grow in this practice. .Modifications and Progressions offered to suit all levels but this class is centred around exploring the principles of Pilates and more foundational exercises so expect a more entry level pace and structure of the class.

02 / Reformer Flow

Reformer Flow offers a seamless and intentional journey through classical and contemporary Pilates. Intelligent and fluid sequencing allows you to explore the full range of your capabilities and facilitates a deep connection between breath and motion. Focusing on control, coordination, and mobility, this class aims to enhance your physical strength and mobility and elevate your mind-body focus and awareness. A medium to high intensity class that requires previous Reformer experience. Note:We recommend 3-5 Essence classes first before attending a Flow Reformer Class.

03 / Reformer Hustl

Reformer Hustl

Reformer but make it Spicy. Our most challenging Reformer Class, designed to fire up every muscle group in your body. Strengthen, sculpt and condition as we turn up the heat with controlled yet dynamic movements that leave your whole body burning. We'll explore higher tempo, heavier springs, and more resistance work. For students who've found their feet on the carriage and want to push further. Because class offers an exploration of an advanced Pilates repertoire and we encourage you to have more of an intermediate - advanced level of experience.
